We’re recruiting a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of a busy plumbing warehouse. This is a floor-led role (90% warehouse / 10% sales support) managing a team of ~10 and running day-to-day operations end-to-end.

This suits someone from a plumbing trade or plumbing supplies background who can lead from the front and drive structure, accountability and output.

The Role

• Lead and run the warehouse function day-to-day
• Allocate work across receiving, dispatch and picking
• Manage stock accuracy, workflow and output
• Drive team accountability and performance
• Support sales/quoting with stock availability and order accuracy
• Hands-on on the floor, not stuck in the office

What You Need

• Strong plumbing industry experience (essential)
• Trade-qualified plumber OR plumbing merchant background
• Proven warehouse leadership (Supervisor/2IC level)
• Solid understanding of dispatch, stock control and warehouse ops
• Ability to lead from the front and set the standard
• Suit someone coming from a Tradelink or Reece (or similar) branch
